Partnership Spotlight: Journey to SOC 2 with Oneleet

At Diligent AI, we build AI agents that help financial institutions automate KYC and AML workflows. Our customers trust us with sensitive information and critical compliance processes. Earning that trust means making security part of every decision about how we build and operate our platform.

In 2026, we strengthened that commitment by completing our SOC 2 Type II audit, building on our ISO 27001 certification with independent evidence that our controls work consistently over time.

Working with Oneleet

Choosing the right partner mattered. We wanted a team that understood our existing security practices, could work through questions with us, and could provide practical guidance throughout the process. Recommendations from other fintech founders led us to Oneleet, whose direct engagement and hands-on support matched what we were looking for.

Putting our security to the test

Protecting customer data requires us to keep testing the systems and controls behind our platform. The penetration test, carried out by Oneleet’s in-house security team, was a valuable part of that work.

It gave us an external perspective on our security and actionable findings to strengthen the product further. For our team, its value extended beyond completing the audit: it helped us turn testing into practical improvements.

We now run penetration testing annually, making it a recurring part of how we maintain and strengthen our security practices.

Looking ahead

SOC 2 Type II gives us independently audited evidence that our controls operate consistently over time. Alongside ISO 27001, it strengthens the assurance we can provide to institutions trusting us with sensitive data and regulated workflows.

As we handle increasingly complex workflows and support more financial institutions, we continue investing in the security behind our platform.

Our work with Oneleet continues as we keep raising the standard for how we protect customer data and evidence our security.

How Alma accelerates merchant onboarding with AI agents

Alma was growing quickly and needed its merchant onboarding to stay fast and smooth without compromising risk, compliance, or customer protection. As volumes increased, manual reviews created operational strain and threatened to introduce delays for legitimate merchants. To solve this, Alma partnered with Diligent and introduced AI-driven checks to streamline routine work and prioritize higher-risk or more complex cases for human review. The result was a more scalable onboarding process, with greater operational efficiency and more consistent, auditable decision-making. Going forward, the partnership helps Alma keep pace with growth while maintaining trust and safeguards.
